These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website insightengine.life and your interactions with InsightEngine Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201728394C). By accessing this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Company information

2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale without permission, or use the site in any way that could harm InsightEngine or third parties.
3. Information and pricing
Solution descriptions, indicative prices in Singapore dollars (SGD) and timelines published on this site are for general information only. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final scope, fees and deliverables are confirmed in a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
4. Enquiry process
Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our expertise, capacity or compliance requirements.
5. Professional services
Analytics, BI, predictive modelling and AI consulting services are provided under project-specific agreements. These terms do not replace a signed Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement or equivalent contract. Where terms conflict, the signed project contract prevails.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable in SGD within thirty (30) days of issue. Accepted methods include bank transfer to our Singapore corporate account and other methods specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under Singapore law.
7. Cancellations and changes
For scheduled workshops or discovery sessions, cancellations made at least five (5) business days in advance may be rescheduled without charge. Cancellations with shorter notice may incur up to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled fee. Project scope changes require written agreement and may adjust fees and timelines.
8. Refunds
Fees for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable. Prepaid retainers for work not yet performed may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, minus reasonable costs already incurred.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and pre-existing methodologies remain the property of InsightEngine. Client-specific dashboards, models and documentation created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as set out in the relevant project contract.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, InsightEngine shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from website use or professional services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Analytics and AI outputs support business decisions but do not constitute legal, financial or regulatory advice; clients remain responsible for their own compliance and decision-making.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify InsightEngine against claims arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, or provision of inaccurate or unlawful data to us for processing.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore at our registered address, unless the parties agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site with the stated last-updated date applies to your continued use of the website.
